* Water – as required

* 3 tablespoons Ghee
* Sunflower Oil – as required

* 10 cloves Garlic
* 1/4 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
* 10 Dry Red Chillies – adjustable
* 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
* 5 tablespoons Jaggery – powdered
* Sunflower Oil – as required
* Salt – to taste

1. we will firstly make the Yele Kadubu.
2. Mix the wheat flour, salt, and ghee into a mixing bowl.
3. Mix everything and gradually add water to form a dough.
4. Once done, keep it aside for 10 minutes.
5. Take a lemon size dough and roll it like a phulka.
6. Fold it twice like a triangular shape and make triangles like this for the remaining dough too.
7. Grease an idli steamer and put these Yele Kadubu into it.
8. Steam the Yele Kadubu for 8 to 10 minutes and they are ready to be served.

10. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
11. Add onion, garlic, fenugreek seeds and dry red chillies and cook till the onions become soft and translucent.

13. Add this mix into a mixie grinder and add jaggery, salt and tamarind and grind it to smooth paste.
