* 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* 2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
* 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 2-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
* Water – for kneading
* Ghee – for roasting
* Salt – to taste

7. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

10. Heat a Flat bottomed pan.
11. Roll the ball of dough into a circular shape and add the rolled paratha with some ghee and cook it on both the sides for about 2 minutes.
