* 1 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

* 1 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
