* 2 Onions – thinly sliced

* 2 Green Chillies – slit
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* 6 Tomatoes – finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* Salt – to taste

2. For the egg roast masala, first boil eggs in sufficient water.

4. Once boiled, slice the eggs, sprinkle some red chilli powder and salt over the eggs and keep aside.
