* 2 tablespoons Milk – or coconut milk
* 2 teaspoons Ghee – or oil
* 2 Onions – finely chopped
* 3 Tomatoes – finely chopped
* 2 Green Chillies – finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* Salt – to taste
