* 2 Dry Red Chillies
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* 1-1/2 cup Green Moong Sprouts
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
* 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
